I love being part of someone’s journey and believe in the power of one’s independence throughout life. I have the privilege of being their helping hand, supporting them in regaining their strength and empowering them to grow in their own unique way.
Over the last 5 years I have been focusing on lower back rehab and management. However, I also have an interest in injury prevention, pain management and those with chronic pain.
I had the opportunity to work as a physiotherapist for runners at a trail event, providing support and care to enhance their performance and recovery.
To stay fit, I enjoy practicing yoga and I also commute daily to meet my walking goals.
